All our meat is produced using quality pedigree stock,
it is reared outside and fed a natural diet, to include
fresh fruit and vegetables.
Using ONLY PURE BRED Animals No Cross Breeds,
No other breeds, So if we say it is Tamworth or GOS,
rest assured IT IS !!!
The animals are slaughtered at a local abattoir,
we take them ourselves to ensure the minimum of stress,
and the maximum of care and attention, at all times.
We believe that having had a happy, stress free, natural,
outdoor life, they should have dignity and humanity in death.
They are then hung to allow the flavours to develop, before
being butchered by master butchers in our Shop
